We process the personal data you have provided to us in connection with your application. This typically includes the following information:

Purpose of data processing and legal bases
We process your personal data and categories of personal data to assess your suitability for the position (or, if applicable, other open positions) with us and to conduct the application process as part of the decision-making process regarding the establishment of an employment relationship, based on Article 88 of the GDPR in conjunction with Section 26 of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG-neu).Should the data be necessary after the conclusion of the application process — for example, to pursue legal claims or defend against claims — data processing may take place based on the requirements of Article 6 of the GDPR, in particular to pursue legitimate interests pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. The interests of CROLLL GmbH in such cases consist of asserting or defending against claims.
Recipients and categories of recipients of the data
Once we receive your application, your application information will be reviewed by the appropriate personnel. Suitable applications will then be forwarded internally to the department heads responsible for the respective open position. The next steps will then be coordinated. As a general rule, only those individuals who need access to your data for the proper conduct of the application process will have access to it. Your data will not be transferred to a third country.

Data retention period
If we do not enter into an employment contract with you, your application documents will be deleted six months after notification of the rejection decision, provided that no other legitimate interests of the data controller preclude such deletion. Other legitimate interests in this context include, for example, the burden of proof in proceedings under the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG). If you are hired by us, we will transfer your application data to your personnel file.
